Welcome to Strength in Motion Wellness!

My name is Shanthi Jayarajah, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), yoga teacher, Chi-Running instructor, and personal trainer with a passion for supporting holistic well-being.

My strengths-based approach integrates counselling, mindfulness, and movement practices to support self-awareness, resilience, healing, and authentic growth.

I believe the mind and body are deeply connected, and that movement can be a powerful tool for cultivating awareness, connection, vitality, and strength.

I integrate approaches including mindfulness, CBT, narrative therapy, EMDR, somatic awareness, and movement-based practices.

In addition to individual counselling, I also offer yoga, running, and resistance training classes that integrate movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.

My hope is to create a supportive space where people can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, authentic growth.
