Integrative Running uses running as a pathway to both physical and emotional wellness, helping participants cultivate greater vitality, awareness, resilience, and connection.

Each session combines guided running experiences with practical tools and reflective practices that help strengthen both body and mind, both during the run and in daily life.

The 6- Week Integrative Running Series

Class 1: Awareness Through Running

Build awareness of your body, breath, thoughts, emotions, strengths, and values while using running as a mindfulness practice.

Class 2: Running with Intention

Learn Chi-Running principles and explore how your values and intentions can guide both your running and your daily life.

Class 3: Strengthening Resilience Through Running

Explore the relationship between sensations and emotions while intentionally shifting attention toward strengths, affirming thoughts, and resources during challenge.

Class 4: Listening to the Wisdom of the Body Through Running

Practice listening to your body's signals and allowing running pace, breath, and movement to emerge from felt sense and inner awareness.

Class 5: Finding Balance Through Running

Develop practical tools for regulation, resilience, and emotional flexibility while exploring how running, breath, and rhythm can support nervous system balance.

Class 6: Running Forward with Purpose

Integrate your learning through running and connect with your strengths, values, and gifts as you move forward with greater vitality, purpose, and connection.

Session Length: 75 Minutes

Suitable For: Beginner to intermediate runners and run/walkers who can comfortably move for approximately 40 minutes.

Location: Qi Integrative Health

Investment: $40 per class or $210 for the full 6 week series
